Recently, a resident of the village of Smyha contacted the emergency line 102 to report the discovery of a bag containing a green substance resembling narcotics in his attic.

The man explained that while cleaning, he stumbled upon this substance and decided to immediately contact the police to avoid any potential legal issues.
At the scene, patrol officers called in an investigative team for further investigation.
Investigators have already opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to the illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, or mailing of narcotic substances without the intent to sell.
