During the first quarter of this year, the general fund of local budgets in the Rivne region received 3.4 billion hryvnias. This is 22% more than in the corresponding period last year.

The increase in revenue was made possible by several main sources:
- 36% – excise tax;
- 23% – personal income tax;
- 23% – property tax;
- 14% – single tax.
The approved revenue plan for the region was fulfilled by 109.4%. In addition to local revenues, Rivne also received 2.4 billion hryvnias from the state budget in the form of interbudgetary transfers.
