The official website of the futsal club Cardinal-Avant-garde has published a statement from President Volodymyr Valiavka. In it, he announces his decision to resign in response to his appeal to the Futsal Association of Ukraine. Valiavka demanded a review of the results of the replay match in the quarter-finals of the Ukrainian Cup between “Alians” and “Cardinal Avant-garde,” emphasizing the need to establish a fair outcome for this game.

In his statement, he also notes that he demands strict penalties for the referees who, in his opinion, demonstrated an extremely low level of performance during the match, which he claims negatively affected the team’s results.
