This incident occurred when municipal guard inspectors recorded the violation using the “Safe City Rivne” system. Information about the driver was forwarded to law enforcement for further action.
The police quickly identified the offender. A report was drawn up against the driver in accordance with part 1 of Article 122 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and a fine was imposed.
