In March of this year, on Lvivska Street, during a sudden verbal conflict, a 41-year-old local resident, under the influence of drugs, stabbed a 47-year-old man in the chest.
As a result of the attack, the victim sustained a severe stab wound, which led to damage to internal organs and massive internal bleeding.
The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, and the prosecutor informed him of the suspicion under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional severe bodily harm).
The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail, which the accused did not pay.
The investigator has completed the pre-trial investigation, and the materials of the criminal proceedings have already been submitted to the court.
