Yesterday, municipal guard employees reported to the patrol officers about a traffic accident recorded by the video monitoring system “Safe City” on Mlynivska Street, in which the driver of a DAF truck was at fault.

Inspectors promptly arrived at the scene, where the driver of the vehicle was already present.
It was determined that the 36-year-old driver was inattentively operating the vehicle, failed to reduce speed, and did not stop when he encountered an electric cable stretched across the road, which was secured to a power pole, resulting in damage to it.
An administrative report was filed against the driver for the violation stipulated by Article 124 (Traffic rule violation leading to an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
