In Rivne, at the intersection of Soborna and Mlynivska streets, inspectors discovered a Scania truck with a semi-trailer.

The patrol officers established that the 42-year-old driver did not secure the cargo properly, resulting in metal plates falling onto the roadway during a left turn and damaging the road surface.
The police drew up a report against the driver under part 1 of Article 139 (Damage to roads, streets, or failure to take necessary measures for their removal) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, as well as an inspection report of the street and road network.
