On January 5, around 10:00 AM, a coffin with the body of Valentyn Ivanovych Melnyk, our Hero, will arrive in the village of Krymne in the Mulchytskyi rural district of the Varash community.

The farewell will begin at the house where the defender lived with his parents. After that, the mourning procession will head to the beginning of the village of Mulchytsi, from where a walking march to the Holy Protection Church will start. Upon completion of the memorial service, the procession will proceed from the church to the local cemetery, where the burial of our Defender will take place.
Residents of the villages of Stara Rafalivka, Sobishchitsi, Bil’ska Volya, Rudka, and Zhuravlyne are urged to meet the transport carrying the body of the fallen Hero. The elders will announce the arrival.
