During a raid inspection in the territory of the Loknytsia village council in the Varash district, specialists from the State Environmental Inspection discovered signs of unauthorized use of subsoil resources.

In the vicinity of the village of Kukhche, a probable illegal sand extraction was recorded on a land plot of approximately 0.1 hectares by unidentified individuals.
The actions recorded show signs of violations of the requirements of Articles 4, 16, 19, 24, 56 of the Code of Ukraine “On Subsoil”, as well as Articles 12 and 38 of the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Protection”.
At the time of the inspection, the individuals involved in the mentioned offense had not been identified.
