A scandal has erupted at Kamień-Kościerski Lyceum No. 1 related to the behavior of a speech therapist who insulted parents and a primary school teacher. Currently, law enforcement agencies are handling the case, and the staff member has been temporarily suspended from work.

This is reported by Rivne24

This was reported by the director of the lyceum, Lyudmila Tishkova.

“An internal investigation is currently underway, and the educator has been suspended from her duties. By law, the investigation will last about a month. The police are also involved in the case; they were present at the scene. I cannot disclose details until the investigation is completed,” the head of the institution noted.

According to Lyudmila Tishkova, the issue of replacing the educator who will work with the children is currently being addressed.

The conflict arose when the speech therapist, Ivana Oleksandrivna Derkach, came to pick up a child for a session after classes. However, the child informed that they would not be attending the session today as their mother would take them home. Despite this, the speech therapist attempted to forcibly take the child, and the teacher responsible for the class warned that the mother had requested not to release the child.

After this, the speech therapist began to make personal insults unrelated to the educational process, humiliating teacher Tamara Vasylivna Savchuk. In particular, she mentioned her deceased husband, who died in the war and was buried only a month and a half ago. This all took place in the classroom, where students and some parents were present. The primary school teacher noted that there was no verbal exchange with the speech therapist.

“I only listened as she continuously insulted me. She said that I was a worthless teacher and that I should ‘stick to cooking borscht.’ I replied, ‘I can cook borscht, but how can you say such things to me when I just buried my husband, and you said, ‘that’s what you deserve. Good thing they buried him,'” the teacher recounted.

The situation shocked both teachers and parents. The police were called to the lyceum. Parents came to support the teacher but instead heard profanity from the speech therapist, despite the presence of a child in the office.
