Starting today, the Administrative Services Center (ASC) in the city of Rivne is launching a new service: the ability to submit documents for attaching a photo to the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (1994 model) for individuals reaching the ages of 25 and 45.

To obtain this service, applicants must prepare the following documents:
- a personal application for attaching a photo;
- the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, 1994 model;
- two photographs measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm that correspond to the applicant’s age;
- if the passport was issued by a division of the State Migration Service (SMS) that has suspended its activities or is temporarily not fulfilling its duties, all available documents must be submitted, including those containing the person’s photo.
The application review period is up to 5 working days from the date of submission. The service is provided free of charge.
In case additional verification is required, the period may be extended, but not more than 30 calendar days, with written notification to the applicant.
Documents for attaching a photo to the passport can be submitted at the following addresses:
- ASC at Prosviity Square, 2;
- ASC at the “Happy Mall” shopping center;
- ASC in the village of Kvasyliv, Rіvnen’ska St., 1;
- territorial divisions of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Slovatskoho St., 1; Soborna St., 195).
