The police of the Rivne region are searching for the missing citizen Vitaliy Oleksandrovych Karpov, who was born on March 5, 1961, and resides in the village of Vilkhivka, at 34 L. Ukrainky Street, in the Berezne territorial community.

On November 1, 2025, at around 3:00 PM, the man headed towards Khutor Huta Hrushivska and has been unaccounted for since then.
Descriptions of the missing person: approximately 65-70 years old, light brown hair, of average build, weighing 70-80 kg, and 178 cm tall.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black cap, black trousers, a black jacket, and black galoshes.
