From January to August 2025, 3540 residents of the Rivne region submitted declarations of property status and income to receive a tax rebate. The total amount of personal income tax to be refunded from the budget is 17.5 million hryvnias, which is 2.1 million hryvnias more than in the same period last year.

Residents of Rivne region actively exercised their right to a tax rebate, linking it to expenses for education, insurance, pension contributions, as well as interest payments on mortgage loans.
To obtain a tax rebate for the year 2025, it is necessary to submit a declaration of property status and income to the tax authority at the place of registration by December 31, 2025.
The declaration must include supporting documents, such as copies of receipts, checks, payment orders, service contracts, documents confirming the degree of kinship (if necessary), as well as a passport and other required documents.
The declaration can be submitted in one of the following ways:
- in person by the taxpayer or their authorized representative to the tax authority at the place of registration,
- by mail – with a delivery notification and a description of the contents,
- online – through the Electronic Cabinet of the taxpayer or the mobile application “My Tax”.
