In Rivne, on Serhiy Bachynskyi Street, police stopped a Mercedes-Benz for violating traffic rules.

During the interaction with the 27-year-old driver, the officers noticed signs of drug intoxication and suggested he undergo a medical examination, but he refused. Additionally, it was found that the driver was deprived of the right to operate vehicles.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the man for:
- Part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of such a right) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- Part 3 of Article 130 (Third time within a year driving a vehicle under the influence or refusal to undergo examination) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
