The accident occurred on June 1 at around 23:20 in the village of Rudka on Shkilna Street.
The investigator preliminarily established that a 15-year-old resident of the village of Bil’ska Volya, operating a “Loncin” motorcycle, did not choose a safe speed, lost control, and crashed into a house.
As a result of the accident, the driver sustained an open traumatic brain injury, a skull fracture, and a concussion.
The 15-year-old passenger was diagnosed with abdominal injuries, pneumothorax, and fractures.
The investigator has initiated a pre-trial investigation, and investigative actions are ongoing.
