On May 11 at 18:14 on the Goro dyshche – Rivne – Starokostiantyniv road, near the village of Barmaky in the Shpaniv territorial community of the Rivne region, a traffic accident occurred involving Ford Kuga and Nissan Leaf cars.

Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene of the accident and used special equipment to disconnect the batteries of both vehicles.
Two tank trucks from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) and ten rescuers were involved in eliminating the consequences of the accident.
The circumstances of the accident are currently being established.
