Caring citizens contacted the patrol officers, reporting the inadequate behavior of a man in Independence Square, near the portraits of fallen defenders of Ukraine.

During communication with the police, the detained individual exhibited aggression, used foul language in a public place, and provoked passersby into conflict.
To detain him, the inspectors used handcuffs and prepared administrative materials under Article 173 (Minor Hooliganism) and part 3 of Article 178 (Appearance in a Public Place in a State of Intoxication Repeatedly Within a Year) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
