The president of the football club “Polissya”, Hennadiy Butkevich, has become one of the beneficiaries of LLC “UT POWER”, owned by the president of “Veres”, Ivan Nadeyin.

Both businessmen, Butkevich and Nadeyin, contributed an equal amount of 2.75 million hryvnias to the charter capital of “UT POWER”, resulting in an equal distribution of shares in the company’s charter capital — 50% each.
LLC “UT POWER” specializes in the production, transmission, and distribution of electricity, as well as the construction of residential and non-residential premises, and the repair and maintenance of industrial machinery. The total amount of the company’s charter capital reaches 5.5 million hryvnias.
It is worth noting that Ivan Nadeyin also collaborates with Kostiantyn Karamanits, the owner of “Kryvbas”, within the framework of the joint venture LLC “Dolynska WES”, which is also engaged in electricity production.
