From now on, cash payments will not be accepted in Rivne’s public transport. According to local authorities, not all carriers have stationary validators. Some use portable validators that resemble cash registers used in stores. These devices should be placed on the driver’s panel or next to them.

At the moment, not all carriers have complied with the city authorities’ requirement to install validators. However, it is planned that the transition to cashless fare payment will be completed in June-July of this year.

Additionally, locations have already been identified in Rivne for the installation of terminals that will allow the purchase of single tickets. Terminals will be located at the city entrances, in Independence Square, near the market, and the Central Department Store.
