Employees of the Police Department No. 1 (Dubrovitsa) discovered that in July and August 2023, a 23-year-old resident of Dubrovitsa was selling psychotropic substances directly, receiving 5400 hryvnias for this, as confirmed by the examination.
Recently, police conducted a sanctioned search at the suspect’s residence, during which approximately half a kilogram of cannabis was found and seized.
The resident of Dubrovitsa was notified of the suspicion of committing a crime as stipulated in part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, sending, or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs).
The court decided to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days, where the suspect remains to this day.
