An accident occurred on the N-25 Hordyshche — Rivne — Starokostiantyniv highway, resulting in no injuries.

Upon visiting the scene of the incident, the patrol officers determined that a 40-year-old driver of a Renault Laguna failed to maintain a safe speed, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and end up in a ditch.
The vehicle sustained mechanical damage, but the driver did not require medical assistance.
During their conversation with the driver, the officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication.
The police offered the man a breathalyzer test at the scene and at a medical facility, but the driver refused. Administrative materials were drawn up against him for:
- Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence or refusal to undergo a sobriety test) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- Article 124 (Violation of traffic rules resulting in an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
