Today at 07:18, the Rivne Emergency Service received a report of a fire at the “Mriya” store-café located in the village of Malynsk in the Rivne district.

Rescuers from the 7th State Fire and Rescue Post and the local fire brigade from the village of Stepany were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, the rescuers found that the flames had completely engulfed the roof of the single-story brick building. There was a threat of the fire spreading to a neighboring utility building. Firefighting substances were promptly deployed, and the rescuers began extinguishing the fire, which lasted for about three hours.
As a result of the fire, the roof covering an area of 100 m² was destroyed, as well as the ceiling covering an area of 30 m². Additionally, products and furniture inside the café were damaged.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. The causes of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated by specialists.
Four firefighters and one unit of special equipment from the State Emergency Service, as well as the local fire brigade from the village of Malynsk, were involved in extinguishing the fire.
