Police established that in 2021, a citizen of Turkey arrived in Ukraine, where he met a girl and settled in the Rivne region. However, he did not obtain the necessary documents, which led to exceeding the allowed duration of stay in the country.

Law enforcement officials compiled administrative materials against him and made a decision for his forced return to his country of origin, which he did not comply with.
In October of last year, employees of the State Migration Service in the Rivne region, upon the submission of the migration police, again compiled an administrative protocol against the man under part 2 of Article 203 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. A decision was made for his forced deportation to Turkey. The man was placed in a temporary detention center for foreigners and stateless persons.
Today, after the necessary documents were processed, operatives of the regional migration police, together with employees of the State Migration Service, escorted the 35-year-old illegal immigrant to the checkpoint “Mayaky-Udobne-Palanka” and forcibly deported him.
