Two emergency response units from the 3rd State Fire and Rescue Unit, a special vehicle for radiation and chemical reconnaissance, and the operational coordination center of the regional administration were promptly dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, rescuers discovered a gas leak from a 7 m³ container and a gas cloud covering an area of approximately 15 m². The gas station and nearby residential buildings were de-energized, and the area was cordoned off by the police.

Firefighters quickly shut off the valve, which led to the complete cessation of the gas leak. After that, a radiation and chemical reconnaissance team conducted measurements of the concentration of the hazardous substance in the air using special equipment, which did not detect any exceedance of the permissible gas concentration.

The situation was fully under the control of the rescuers, and there was no threat to the population.

A total of 4 special vehicles and 12 rescuers were involved in eliminating the consequences of the leak.
