Kovalets noted that Veres displayed a good game in their last match against Shakhtar, where the team lost 0:1. “I liked Veres in the match against Shakhtar. They built their tactics well and had good attacking opportunities. They might not have lost, and could even have won,” the coach added.
He also emphasized that the game will be held in Rivne, where Veres always receives excellent support from the fans. “This promises to be a great match. The club is actively developing, and this is evident from how many teams have already played in Rivne over the winter. This indicates that there is a true host in Rivne,” Kovalets noted.
Speaking about the results, the coach expressed the opinion that, although LNZ is the leader and has a strong chance of winning, Veres can also surprise. “I would bet on a draw or a victory for one of the teams by a one-goal difference. There is no clear favorite in this round,” he concluded.
