A large-scale network of illegal fuel production and sales has been established, operating in the Volyn and Rivne regions.

The perpetrators organized their activities under the guise of a legitimate business, implementing a full cycle: from the artisanal production of counterfeit diesel fuel, which was mixed with gas condensate, to its sale through a network of partner gas stations.
Members of the network conducted financial transactions both in cash and through accounts of controlled enterprises, allowing them to evade tax payments.
During the searches, over 80,000 liters of fuel, gas condensate, equipment for pumping and bottling, computer equipment, mobile phones, and handwritten notes were seized. Additionally, 2.7 million hryvnias, approximately 230,000 US dollars, and over 7,000 euros were confiscated.
Currently, the issue of imposing a seizure on the confiscated property is being resolved, and a complete list of individuals involved in the criminal activity is being established.
