Yuriy Nilabovych has been appointed as the General Director of the municipal enterprise “Children’s Medical Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Center.”

He will begin his duties on February 13, 2026.
Volodymyr Boyarchuk, who previously led the institution, will now serve as the acting director of the Regional Center for Social Support of Children and Families.
The contract with Yuriy Nilabovych will remain in effect until the issuance of an order by the head of the regional council regarding the competition for the position of the enterprise’s director, but no longer than six months after the end or cancellation of martial law.
Prior to his appointment, Nilabovych worked as the Deputy Head of the Department — Head of the Property Relations and Financial Audit Division of the regional council.
