On Sunday, November 23, measures will be taken to limit electricity consumption in some regions of Ukraine; however, the Rivne region is not subject to these restrictions.

Representatives of Rivneoblenergo reported that there are currently no plans for scheduled hourly power outages.
The region is expected to go through the day without any consumption restrictions. However, citizens are urged to use electricity sparingly.
