During the first ten days of September, rescuers in Rivne extinguished 84 fires. The highest number of incidents occurred in residential areas and open spaces. The main causes of these fires are careless handling of fire and faulty electrical appliances.
Rivne rescuers once again emphasize the importance of following fire safety rules:
- do not leave electrical appliances unattended;
- do not burn dry grass and waste;
- teach children the rules of safe behavior with fire.
