From January to September 2025, residents of the Rivne region declared 18.7 million Hryvnias in tax discounts to be refunded from the budget. This is 1.4 million Hryvnias more than in the same period last year.

A total of 3,894 citizens took advantage of the tax discount; 2,841 of them have already received 17.3 million Hryvnias from the budget.
The most common expenses declared by taxpayers included: payment for education in educational institutions, payment of insurance and pension contributions, as well as reimbursement of part of the interest on mortgage loans.
It is worth noting that the tax discount allows citizens to reclaim part of the personal income tax (PIT) paid. The main condition is the presence of official income (salary) from which PIT has been paid, as well as documentary evidence of the incurred expenses.
