The Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council has approved new heating tariffs.

According to the decision, prices for the population will remain at the previous level.
At an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council, the following tariffs for LLC “Rivneteploenergo” were approved:
- for the population – 3,575.83 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for other consumers – 6,017.38 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for religious organizations – 5,035.10 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT).
For LLC “ESCO-RIVNE,” the following tariffs were established:
- for the population, the tariff for thermal energy – 3,697.63 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for institutions and organizations funded by the state or local budget, the tariff for thermal energy – 4,986.24 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for other consumers: 4,584.20 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT).
For PE “Rivnetep loservice,” the following tariffs were approved:
- for institutions and organizations funded by the budget, the tariff for thermal energy – 5,160.30 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for the population, the tariff for thermal energy – 3,999.20 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT).
For KP “Kvasylivteploservice,” the following tariffs were established:
- for the population – 3,312.42 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for budget institutions – 4,467.88 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for other consumers, excluding the population – 4,335.05 UAH/Gcal (excluding VAT).
It is worth noting that the tariff for the population will remain unchanged, as a moratorium on price increases is in effect during the state of martial law and for six months after its conclusion.
The state is expected to compensate the difference in the cost of heating to the heat suppliers.
