Patrol officers stopped a driver showing signs of intoxication who ran a red traffic light.

In the evening in Rivne, on Stepan Bandera Street, patrol officers noticed a Mercedes-Benz vehicle whose driver ran a red traffic light.
During communication with the 30-year-old driver, the police detected signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver refused to undergo a sobriety test both at the stop and at the medical facility.
Inspectors compiled administrative materials for the violations:
- under part 2 of article 122 (Running a red traffic light) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- under part 1 of article 130 (Refusal to undergo a sobriety test) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
