Yesterday, during a patrol on Vitaliy Mahiel Street, motorcycle patrol officers stopped a VAZ vehicle whose driver had violated traffic rules.

During the document check, the 22-year-old driver exhibited aggression and attempted to use physical force against the police officers, which led to his detention.
The driver also showed signs of alcohol intoxication; however, he refused to undergo an examination both at the stop and at the medical facility.
Administrative materials were drawn up against him:
- a protocol under part 2 of article 130 (Refusal to undergo an examination for intoxication within a year) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- a protocol under part 5 of article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- a ruling under part 5 of article 121 (Violation of seatbelt usage rules) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
