Yesterday, patrol officers received a call about a traffic accident that occurred on Bilya Street.

At the scene, law enforcement officials determined that a 46-year-old driver of a Ford Mondeo failed to maintain a safe speed, lost control, and crashed into a concrete fence.
The man did not require medical assistance, but the vehicle sustained significant mechanical damage.
While speaking with the driver, the inspectors noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. A breathalyzer test confirmed this: 2.05 promille.
Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the offender: under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) and Article 124 (Traffic rule violation resulting in an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The vehicle was towed to a detention lot.
