In Rivne, patrol officers discovered a drunk driver of a Volkswagen car for the third time this year, who is deprived of the right to drive.

Recently, on Vyacheslav Chornovil Street, inspectors stopped a Volkswagen vehicle for violating traffic rules.
During the conversation with the driver, a 32-year-old man, signs of alcohol intoxication were detected. He agreed to undergo a sobriety test, which showed a result of 1.25 promille.
The patrol officers prepared administrative materials under several articles:
- under part 3 of article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated for the third time within a year) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- under part 5 of article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of such a right) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- under part 1 of article 126 (The driver did not present the necessary documents) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
