Law enforcement officials have determined that a 66-year-old woman, who worked as an accountant at a state medical institution in the regional center, submitted knowingly false information to the staffing schedule.

From 2021 to 2024, she inflated the salaries of 32 employees.
As a result of her actions, the hospital incurred property losses amounting to 12,370,835 hryvnias, of which over 2 million hryvnias were unjustifiably paid as a single social contribution.
The investigator, under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, has informed the woman of her suspicion of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (issuing knowingly false official documents by a public official) and Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (seizure of another’s property through abuse of office during martial law in particularly large amounts).
The court granted the investigator’s request and imposed a seizure on her property.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
