Rivne Region Honors the Memory of Six Fallen Soldiers

In the Rivne region, six soldiers were honored: Oleksandr Muliavka from the Varash community, Viktor Kravchuk from the regional center, Anatolii Ryzo from the Shpanivska community, Mykhailo Varyvoda from Zdolbuniv, Anton Yurkovets from Sarny region, and Andrii Husaruk from the Kozyn community.

Oleksandr Muliavka, who took up arms in defense of the state in March 2023, served as the deputy commander of the 2nd mechanized company of the 1st mechanized battalion of the 118th separate mechanized brigade. He held the rank of senior lieutenant and was killed on June 28, 2025, while performing a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region, having been considered missing in action for four months.

Viktor Kravchuk joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in July 2024. After training in France, he participated in combat operations in the Pokrovsk direction. Holding the rank of soldier, he was killed during a leave on November 7, 2025.

Anatolii Ryzo, born on February 25, 1969, in the village of Velykyi Zhytin, was also considered missing in action. He was killed on June 7, 2024, while performing a combat mission in Donetsk region.

Mykhailo Varyvoda, a resident of Zdolbuniv, took up arms in defense of the state in September 2024. After training at the Rivne training ground, he served in the 33rd separate mechanized brigade, which participated in battles in Donbas. He was killed on November 28, 2024, in Donetsk region.

Anton Yurkovets, born in 1999 in the town of Rokytne, served as a rifleman-assistant grenade launcher. Since September 25, 2024, he had been considered missing in action, having died while defending Ukraine’s borders in Donetsk region.

Andrii Husaruk, born in 1983, lived in the village of Hranivka in the Kozyn community. He was also recognized as missing in action under special circumstances on August 15, 2024, while performing a combat mission in Donetsk region.
