Darina Popruzhuк, the daughter of the mobilized man, shared that the Military Commissariat in Kostopol called up her father, Oleksandr, despite the heavy loss in the family – his brother was killed in the war.
It is worth noting that servicemen have the right to be exempted from service due to family circumstances if their close relatives, including spouses, parents, children, as well as siblings, have been killed or gone missing. This information is confirmed by a publication from the Rivne Regional Military Commissariat, which was released in January of this year.
