The police found out that a 13-year-old boy had called the police, deciding to “joke” with his friends.
In connection with this incident, inspectors drew up a report against the 35-year-old mother under part 1 of Article 184 (Improper Fulfillment of Parental Duties) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
