Recently, police received a report about a traffic accident involving a Volvo truck and a Volkswagen passenger car that occurred on the highway near the village of Hrusvytsia Druha.

At the scene, officers determined that the 38-year-old Volkswagen driver failed to maintain a safe speed and distance, resulting in a collision with the Volvo fuel tanker with a semi-trailer. It is important to note that at the time of the accident, the fuel tanker was empty.
As a result of the accident, both vehicles sustained mechanical damage.
The Volkswagen driver was issued a report under Article 124 (Traffic violation resulting in an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
