The farewell for Dmytro Bulavskyi and Maksym Rvachov will take place on Saturday, November 29, at 10:00 AM in Independence Square in Rivne. Dmytro Bulavskyi will be buried at the “Novyi Dvir” cemetery, while Maksym Rvachov will be laid to rest at the Heroes’ Alley in the “Nove” cemetery in the regional center.

Dmytro Bulavskyi was born on October 15, 1983, in Rivne. He studied at School No. 16 and later trained as an electric gas welder at a local vocational school.
For a long time, he worked as a printer and later as a builder. Dmytro was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine in March 2025.
“He believed that it is every man’s duty to protect his loved ones and his country. Dmytro accepted this duty with dignity,” said the Defender’s wife.
His family and friends remembered him as kind, loyal, and honest. He loved nature, animals, and fishing. Unfortunately, 41-year-old soldier Dmytro Bulavskyi was killed on August 7, 2025, while performing a combat mission in the Kursk region.
Among his closest relatives, Dmytro is survived by his mother, wife, daughter, and sister.
Maksym Rvachov was born on July 31, 1979, in the village of Oktyabr in the Dzhankoy district of Crimea. At a young age, he moved with his family to Rivne, where he attended School No. 3. He obtained higher education at the Ukrainian State University of Water Management and Natural Resources, specializing in “Industrial and Civil Engineering.”
He worked in various jobs, including as a construction engineer. Recently, he was employed at the “Viyar” company in the Kyiv region. Maksym was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine in June 2024.
The soldier served in the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade. He rarely spoke about his military life, trying not to worry his family.
“Maksym was very intelligent, had a mathematical mind, and was very good at drawing. He was a bright person who tried to help everyone. He stood out for his sociability and optimism,” said the Defender’s sister.
Unfortunately, 45-year-old soldier Maksym Rvachov was killed on December 19, 2024, in the Kursk region as a result of enemy assault actions. For a long time, the soldier was considered missing in action, but only recently was his body returned to his family for a dignified burial.
Among his closest relatives, he is survived by his parents and sister.
