A woman stole a flag from a government building in Rivne
On September 9, in Rivne, a 39-year-old woman stole a national flag from a local administrative building. According to information provided by the Rivne police, the offender had prior experience with administrative offenses.

During her conversation with law enforcement, the woman was unable to provide a clear explanation for why she needed the flag, concocting various versions of events.
The police drew up an administrative protocol under part 1 of Article 51 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (petty theft of someone else’s property) and sent the case materials to court for further consideration.
