Russian Troops Advance in Dnipropetrovsk Region

Russian troops have managed to penetrate up to eight kilometers into Dnipropetrovsk region. The enemy advanced along the T-0428 Kurakhove-Novopavlivka road, crossing the border between Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions to the northwest of Novoukrainka, near Kurakhove, as noted by the Institute for the Study of War.

Journalist Andriy Tsapliyenko reports that according to the spokesperson for the operational command “Dnipro,” Lieutenant Colonel Oleksiy Bielskiy, Russian military forces have captured the village of Sosnivka.

The enemy assault troops used ladders to overcome anti-tank and anti-personnel fortifications in Dnipropetrovsk region. They are crawling over the fortified defensive line using ladders.

“Currently, reserves of the Ukrainian army are being pulled in to eliminate the breakthrough of the occupiers into the village of Sosnivka,” military sources report.
