Yesterday, around 9:00 PM, law enforcement received a report of gunfire on Heroes of Mariupol Street, near the “Sunflowers of Remembrance” memorial. Patrol officers arrived at the scene and began surveying the area.

Shortly thereafter, police discovered two individuals—a man and a woman—who were near the specified location.
The officers conducted a pat-down search, during which they found an object resembling a pistol on the woman. The man was also found to have a transparent bag containing an unknown substance, likely narcotic.
During the interaction, the man behaved aggressively and attempted to leave the scene, prompting the officers to use physical force and handcuffs to detain him.
A forensic investigation team was called to the scene to establish all the circumstances. The discovered items were seized for further examination.
An investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
