Details of the Traffic Accident in Rivne
Not long ago, patrol officers received a call regarding a traffic accident with no injuries that occurred on Fabrichna Street. Upon arriving at the scene, the inspectors found that the driver of a ZAZ vehicle, while reversing, failed to pay attention to the surrounding environment and collided with an Audi vehicle.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident, but both vehicles sustained mechanical damage.
During communication with the 38-year-old driver, the patrol officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. The examination revealed an alcohol content of 0.63%.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the driver for the following articles:
- under Article 124 (Violation of traffic rules leading to an accident) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- under Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
