A serious road accident occurred in Rivne region
Yesterday, around 9 PM, a traffic accident took place on the highway near the village of Koryst, in the Korets community, where a “MAN” truck crashed into a tractor traveling in the same direction. This was reported by the Rivne regional police.

As a result of the collision, the tractor overturned, and rescuers, along with police, freed the driver, a 57-year-old resident of the village of Velyki Mezhyrychi. Both drivers sustained injuries, including bruises and fractures, and were hospitalized.

Following the violation of traffic safety rules, the investigator opened a criminal proceeding under part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
