A tragedy occurred in Sarny: an 11-year-old motorcycle rider died as a result of a collision between two motorcycles.

It is known that neither of the riders had ever obtained a driver’s license. One of the motorcycles was also not registered in accordance with the law.
The fatal accident happened on October 25 at approximately 6:20 PM on Central Street in the village of Vysove, part of the Sarny territorial community.
According to reports, a collision occurred between a “Loncin” motorcycle, driven by a 17-year-old local resident, and a “Yamaha” scooter, operated by an 11-year-old villager.
As a result of the accident, the young rider sustained severe injuries and, despite resuscitation efforts, died in the ambulance.
The 17-year-old rider of the “Loncin” motorcycle and his 16-year-old passenger were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
An investigator has initiated a pre-trial investigation to establish all the circumstances of the incident, including the issue of whether the participants in the traffic used helmets.
