Two Schools in Rivne Region to Pilot Specialized Education Starting in September

In order to participate in the pilot project, the educational institutions submitted applications, collected parental consent from students, and were selected by the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

This is reported by Rivne24

These include the Zoryansky Lyceum and Rivne Lyceum No. 13.

These institutions will be among the first to offer students the opportunity to choose their educational trajectory and will also implement new programs for mandatory and elective subjects.

As part of the pilot project, the introduction of the position of career educational advisor is also planned. This specialist will assist students in determining their learning profile, selecting elective subjects, as well as planning their future and developing strategies to achieve their professional goals.

Each educational institution will receive funding within the framework of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) subsidy for equipping classrooms and laboratories.

The first stage of piloting the reform of senior specialized education will begin on September 1, 2025, while in the Rivne region, testing is already underway at Varash Lyceum No. 1.
