On April 8, around 1:30 PM, operatives arrested a 43-year-old resident of Pochaiv who sold approximately 10 grams of cannabis for 1000 hryvnias. A similar purchase was made by law enforcement in March of this year, as confirmed by the examination.
During a personal search, authorities found and seized a zip bag containing a similar drug, cash, and a mobile phone from the woman.
Investigators detained the offender in accordance with procedural rules and informed her of the charges against her.
According to the sanctions of the article, she faces imprisonment for a term of 6 to 10 years.
