In 2026, several settlements in the Rivne region will celebrate anniversary dates.

Among them, 875 years since the first written mention of the villages of Zarytske and Sapožyn in the Rivne district, which are first mentioned in the “Kyiv Chronicle” under the names of Zarychesk and Spohyn. The village of Novomylsk (Mylsk) in the Rivne district will also celebrate its 875th anniversary, being the oldest settlement in Zdolbuniv region (first mention in 1151).
Additionally, 580 years will be celebrated by the villages of Sukhivtsi, Holyshiv, Dykyv, Dyuksyn, Radukhivka, Susk, and Starozhukiv in the Rivne district (first mention in 1446) as well as the village of Torhovytsia in the Dubno district.
The village of Hylcha Persha in the Rivne district will celebrate 560 years (1466).
The village of Bohdashiv in the Rivne district will celebrate 535 years (1491).
515 years will be marked by Zolotiiv (now part of Rivne), the village of Morochne in the Varash district, and Tutovychi in the Sarny district (1511).
510 years will be celebrated by the villages of Biliv, Novostav, and Milostiv in the Rivne district (1516).
The village of Velykyi Shpakiv in the Rivne district will mark 480 years since its first mention (1546).
465 years will be celebrated by the village of Ponebel in the Rivne district (1561).
460 years will be marked by the villages of Khorupan and Bakoryn in the Dubno district (1566).
430 years will be celebrated by the village of Uhlyshche in the Rivne district (1596).
415 years will be marked by the village of Mali Tseptsivichi in the Sarny district (1611).
375 years will be celebrated by the village of Bychal in the Rivne district (1651).
150 years will be marked by the village of Rady Slavka in the Rivne district (1876).
140 years since the founding of the village of Mali Shpakiv in the Rivne district (1886).
